NOTE:
The POW/MIA Design above was found on display at the Laughlin, Nevada RAMADA INN.
There is a truly great Exhibit of WWII Memorabilia on the second floor of the Hotel.
It is called: "THE WINGS OF EAGLES ...A Tribute to American Heroes"
Admission is FREE and complimenting the static display is a slide show, projected on giant screens around the auditorium sized room.
We spotted the POW/MIA Design on the back of a Black Satin Jacket in one of the exhibits and inquired about the possibility of obtaining a copy of the design.
The Speaker Coordinator, Betty Martin, unhesitatingly, removed the Jacket from the Display and led me to her office, where she made a photocopy of the design on the jacket itself.
We scanned the photocopy and created the graphic you see on this page.
The Design was too large to scan entirely and we had to omit the words:
"You Are Not Forgotten",
from the bottom.
The graphic as seen above doesn't really do justice to the design.
